Home has been thoughtfully reimagined (2023 full remodel) in a neutral palette with modern day luxury and comfort in mind. High speed fiber internet/wifi available to any guests who need to mix a little business with pleasure. Open floor plan with a floor to ceiling wall of windows in the living room bring the natural light and beauty of the outdoors to full view inside. Nature lover bonus. We have Great Blue Herons that visit the property almost every morning to fish off our seawall…early birds only as they usually have full bellies by 9:30 and fly away. Watch your kids, grandkids, friends, family, heck even your mother-in-law, make memories together. Cooking your thing? If so enjoy our fully equipped kitchen featuring Smart Cafe double oven and stove with quick boil feature. Two full sized refrigerators for provisions, a full size Webber gas grill, Treager smoker (bring your own wood pellets) and large Blackstone cooktop griddle on property for all you outdoor cooking needs. Enjoy all seasons with cozy amenities such as a wood burning fireplace in the family great room, a gas fire table on the covered back porch, a handcrafted iron fire pit with chairs in the backyard for tall tales and smores making and a hot tub overlooking the lake! All mattresses and pillows are Cocoon by Sealy ensuring guests sleep well to recharge during their time away. Spacious heavily treed yard is a slice of shaded paradise with 180 degrees of waterfront; quiet cove perfect for swimming on the West side and water views and open lake access on the East side. NOTE - available for our boating guests…..Heavy duty / large mooring whips attached to our private dock make it the perfect spot for guests who want to bring their own fishing or recreational boat (28’ capacity). Recreational / ski boats/pontoons/jet skis all available for hourly or daily/weekly rental at Lone Star Marina (7.5 mile/10 minute drive from the Lakehouse and an 8-12 minute boat ride to our home via water). Summary: A little early in the lake season doesn't stop a 6 year old from enjoying the water. Lovely, serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of adventure to be had and owners were very accessible (although we didn't need much). I think our 6 year old summarized appropriately our stay- repeating more than once, "This is the time of our lives!"

Summary: The house was just gorgeous- all of the decor was top notch. Attention to details really showed. VERY CLEAN and cozy! Gorgeous heavily treed lot felt like we had more privacy and made it easier to relax. The hot tub and covered back porch was lovely. The dock was very nice and fishing was good, just lots of turtles. We would definitely stay here again. Our only reccomendation would be to have a little more lighting in the kitchen. There are absolutely no complaints and this property will not disappoint!

Summary: My wife, adult children and pets just spent an awesome four nights at this incredible lake front home. This property is in a perfect spot on Cedar Creek Lake for kayaking, fishing, and spending time swimming. It comes with all of the amenities that you need to have an amazing time enjoying the lake and the outdoors. The inside of the house is very well appointed and has all of the comforts of home with plenty of space and bedding for a large family! Ethan and Kristen are excellent host and were very friendly, responsive and provided some great tips to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful home!

Summary: Beautiful location and home. Great host and accommodations. Every age enjoyed catching fish off the dock, paddling the canoe/kayaks and swimming in the sand bottom cove. Plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone! Awesome experience for our first trip to CCR!

Summary: This property is amazing. Really nice spot to cast a line to catch some fish or just relax and chill. Year round shade, nice little breeze and the swimming area is also a nice little sandy bottom and not that old sticky clay. Very highly recommended. Not only is the place amazing, but the hosts are really friendly and helpful. Very friendly people and very welcoming. 100% will be staying here again.

Summary: We had a great, relaxing time at this property. Everything was clean and well-stocked and the beds were all amazingly comfortable. The dock came in handy for fishing and to load onto our boat to explore the lake. The house is on a cove, so even on Memorial Day weekend the water outside the house remained calm enough for our children to splash and play. We would definitely stay here again!
