Beautiful Tuscan home on South Grand Lake. Just a short drive from Tulsa or Joplin for a relaxing retreat. Amazing million dollar views from upper and lower decks that span the length of the home.
This home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 adults as well as additional guests on sofas in the living areas. Fully stocked kitchen is stunning with granite counter tops, and everything you need to cook for 2 to 20. Washer and dryer in unit as well as gas grill. Master bedroom has a king size bed and located on main level of home along with another bedroom with a queen size bed with in suite bathroom. On the lower level, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with queen size beds as well as 2 full bathrooms. The house sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. There is also a 2nd living area and regulation slate pool table. Home boasts over 3700 square feet of living space.
The house features its own private dock with one boat slip available (10 foot wide). Both sides of the dock are available tie up to for the duration of stay if the slip isn’t large enough. Recent guests have been known to rave about the amount of fish caught from the dock, crappie can be caught year round as the dock is loaded with artificial fish habitat and we have seen multiple 3-4 pound bass caught off the dock.
Enjoy your fall and winter on the lake watching eagles in flight, pelicans bobbing in the water, and the best Christmas Boat Parade.
Home is located on the main lake at the mouth of Raper Hollow close to lakeside restaurants and a marina for boat launching.
Check-in is 4pm. Checkout is 11am. We hope to host your group soon.

Summary: Check in and working with the property manager was a good experience. The house was very clean. It was perfect for us, from getting out of the car, walking straight into the house (no steps). Two bedrooms, with on-suite bathrooms (both with showers), half bath, kitchen, dinning, living area...all on the ground level floor. Great setup for both mom and mil. Then a step down onto the deck that has a great view of Grand Lake. There are no comfort height toilets nor grab bars, so be aware if those are needed. Downstairs are two bedrooms with two full bathrooms close by. We'll return!

Summary: My siblings and I take a trip together every year, no spouses, no kids, just the 4 of us. This is the only place we have ever wanted to go back to. The inside of this home is beautifully decorated. On the outside, the view from both upper and lower decks is spectacular. We were fortunate to be there at just the right time to see a super moon over the lake. Truly amazing.

Summary: This property is so beautiful. The décor is fabulous - made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunsets on the deck and dock. We look forward to hopefully coming back every year.

Summary: My husband and I spent a week with two of our adult daughters and grandson and we had the best time. This is our second time renting this home and it works perfect for our family. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom and there is enough room to spread out and do whatever we want. My grandson loves feeding the fish bread down at the dock, swimming and playing pool. I did a couple of puzzles with my daughters. And we got to spend precious family time together. Thank you for such a wonderful place!!

Summary: A group of our friends wanted to reconnect for a weekend so we found this place. It was the absolute perfect place we could have asked for. The house was stunning and set up for an amazing time. The owners were great with communication as well. All of my boys left thanking me for picking such an amazing place. Summary: We had a GREAT time at this home. Dock is only steps away from the house, 2 nice big decks, AC. End of the road so very little traffic. You can swim or fish from the dock, or bring your own boat. Pool table and multiple TV's makes this a great family destination. Highly recommended.
