What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
-Please note you cannot dock a boat at this property as the water level is too low.
-Depending on the water levels you may not be able to swim off the dock. We also recommend checking with AHS for any water advisories as this is common in Alberta Lakes.
-There is NO garage access with this home however the driveway can comfortably park 4 vehicles.
- There has previously been dogs in this home. It has been fully cleaned however if you have ANY pet allergies this is not the home for you.
-This is a residential family neighbourhood and many homeowners have dogs. If you do not like dogs this is not the area for you.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Disney+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Summary: Our group of friends spent a relaxing few days sitting on the deck watching the birds and playing games! Loved the screened in decks! Fully equipped kitchen and lots of added extras. Loved the ping pong table and the kayaks. Near-by Alberta Beach was a fun excursion! Beds were comfy! Communication with hosts was flawless! Thank you for a great holiday!

Summary: Very clean lakehouse, spacious and a great kitchen to work in! The patio was a big plus for me, i enjoyed sitting there in the mornings, I totally recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay:)

Summary: We stayed 4 nights over Canada day weekend. Unfortunately the weather didnt cooperate but the beautiful house with great amenities allowed us to have a great time regardless. Very up to date and top notch property

Summary: This place was everything and more. Not only is this place amazing & had everything you need to relax, the hosts and Sam were unreal. There was a miscommunication (most likely my fault) with the days of the booking and essentially we arrived in the wrong day!Thankfully Karen and Dave had no other bookings and made it work for us! They were so friendly and accommodating. The place had kayaks, two perfect patios for sitting and socializing, a dock to take your morning coffee out on, a huge open space kitchen/ living area, and so much space for a large group to feel comfy. The beds were good and the neighbourhood was so quiet. You could probably not lock your car and nothing would happen. Even though the water is not very swim-able and clean- the place is only 15 minutes away from Alberta beach. I would recommend bringing some lawn games and your own pillow! We would definitely book again- Thanks so much 😀
