Summary: The Manitou cottage met the description for amenities, space, and location.Communication with property managers was great. We used the shared private beach & firepit 5 of the 7 days we were there. The Lake Sutton Bay Village had great restaurants, shops & rentals for kayaks/ paddle boards/ boats etc. Very convenient for trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Wineries in all directions & Traverse City.was a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It had everything we needed, was directly on the most beautiful part of Suttons Bay, and was easy walking distance to town. Great house, great experience overall. No complaints and very thankful to the owners. If I had to call out anything to be aware of: it is directly on the M-22 highway, and directly adjacent to a public park, which makes access easy but also reduces privacy. We also paid a crazy amount for the house since we wanted the 4th of July week, but it was not cheap!

Summary: The house was in a good location for the wedding and was adequate for the family members that stayed with us. It was great being on the lake and within a short walk to Sutton's Bay restaurants, etc. Great for a family gathering.

Summary: I rented the house for a group of people attending a family reunion. Other houses were used as well. The house at 124 S Shore is an older house, located close to town and right on the bay. It's a little hard to find (the red garage door helps!) and very close to the south end of town - within walking distance. We had a few minor issues with sliding doors on the laundry and an umbrella outside but otherwise it's in very good condition and was quite comfortable. Most of the help I got was from Pam and all of that was on the phone. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me get things started. I made a final call when we left and to say thanks and goodbye. The property was pretty much as advertised and I was not disappointed. The people involved in managing our stay were very professional and helpful.

Summary: We could not have been more pleasantly surprised with the condition of the property and the surrounding grounds. We are VERY picky regarding cleanliness and reasonable functionality of a property as I travel for work. The cottage was perfect for our 2 families, and the grounds led directly to dock which is also adjacent to the city park. Our Property Manager was super responsive and checked in with us throughout to make sure we had everything. We could not have been more pleased and we will return! Thank you for the PERFECT vacation!♥️

Summary: We enjoyed the property and would return. Only recommendations would to not have that pine tree there over the beach/fire pit area. Everything was covered in sap....very annoying and messy. Also. The master bedroom bathroom is moldy and needs repair. Other than that nice place.
