Summary: This home was everything they said it was and more! We were able to swim, kayak and paddle board without leaving the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook! We had an amazing time!

Summary: The property and home were exactly what we needed to retreat from our bush city lives. Everything was exactly as shown on the site. We hardly left the space during our time here and spent most time outdoors. We highly recommend this home to folks and plan on coming back.

Summary: I needed a place to clear my head after the recent death of my husband, and this was the perfect choice. The house was spotless and private, and it is located directly on John’s Pond, providing a beautiful and serene setting. Mashpee Commons is just a short drive away and has lots of lovely shops and restaurants. I have already booked it for next year and I look forward to another peaceful few days. The only negative I have is that parking at the bottom of the hill at the house is quite difficult to maneuver. The owner was very pleasant to deal with when I had questions about the TV, etc. I highly recommend a stay at this property. Kathy F.

Summary: This was the best lakefront property. It was perfect for kayaking, fishing and just enjoying the lake. You didn’t have to leave the house. It had everything you needed.

Summary: We really enjoyed being back on Cape Cod and all the options for fun at this beautiful cottage. Plenty to do on the property and many options for relaxation. The outdoor kitchen was a big hit as well as the warm and pretty lake recreation.
