This Lakefront Property was built in 1988 and recently remodeled and features 7 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, an exciting game room, a private boat dock, and a lakeside patio entertainment area and can sleep up to 22 guests. It's excellent for swimming and floating in front 200 feet of your waterfront*. Many outdoor seating areas are included, with a grand one on the boat deck, a large swim deck, and patio areas. So close to everything, you can float the Comal or Guadalupe River during your stay and enjoy a day at Schlitterbahn water park, New Braunfels is a short 20-minute drive, and San Antonio River Walk is less than a 45-minute drive, and Austin is less than an hour drive away. -*Please Note: Beginning March 27, 2023 Lake McQueeney levels will be lower than normal while the city performs work on the dam. There is currently no estimated time of completion for the project. As such, there will be no boat lake access during the period of time the work is being performed.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Summary: We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The house was clean with plenty of room for large families, with multiple living rooms to spread out. The house has 3 refrigerators, but only one works and even that one takes a long time to get cold. Hopefully they will replace the refrigerators soon. Overall, it was a great house!

Summary: Our entire family of 13 LOVED the home! The children and teens enjoyed the pool room downstairs while the adults enjoyed cooking in the magnificent kitchen upstairs. Everyone had a bed and the mattresses were new and very comfortable! The home was clean too! It was the perfect summer vacation for our family! We spent part of each day at Schlitterbahn, which was only a 12 minute drive from the home. Overall, it was a 10!!!

Summary: Lots of space for big groups. We had 19 people and it worked great space wise. Could be a little cleaner and a few things repaired and updated. Front door keypad didn’t work, A/C doesn’t cool the master bedroom well, fridge downstairs doesn’t get very cold and they really should remove the old broken fridge. The living room areas were great and the teens and adults loved the pool table and foosball table.

Summary: As advertised. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in our group. We had a great time and would recommend it for large groups.

Summary: Our group had 12 people (5 families, including 1 child). 3 of 4 upstairs bedrooms have baths. The 3 downstairs bedrooms share a bath. This might be a cause of tension for some groups. The master bathroom has no curtains so the toilet and jacuzzi are useless (neighbors are 50 ft away). There are ample closets (including one the size of a garage) but no hangers (bring some). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, and etc. The house is clean and orderly. It's remote and quiet but not too far from places of interest - it's about 45 minutes to San Antonio. There's a large yard and a dock (but the lake had been drained for dam repairs prior to our visit). We had a pleasant stay. Recommended.
