The Sun room is surrounded in glass with full curtains and functional windows and doors for a wonderful breeze.

Summary: This was probably the best rental that we ever stayed at. Although we only stayed a few days everything was beyond expectations. We only utilized the main floor and not the lower level of the house. We explored the whole house and everything looked to be very comfortable. The bedroom in the main floor was extremely comfortable, the living room had plenty of seating with great view out the windows of the lake. The kitchen had everything you would need. I think the kitchen was nicer than the one I have at home. The water front was prefect. It has a newer boat dock that is in excellent shape and you can dock 4 boats on it. The only negative thing I can say about this home is that we couldn’t stay longer. We did meet the host and she was one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The next time we go to Norris lake we will stay here again

Summary: This house by the lake gave friends a chance to spend time together in a beautiful, quiet place. Everything was as the pictures showed, communication with the hosts was superb. Well furnished kitchen, comfy beds and furniture. Will definitely book this place next time we get together!

Summary: House/property was great! Up to date furnishings and appliances, very comfortable, lots of areas to relax, pool table, fire pit, cornhole boards, boat dock. We rented a pontoon from the marina and kept it parked at the propertys boat dock all weekend, perfet! You could practicaly swim to the marina if you wanted to...would recommend the kayaking with the kayaks on the boat dock though... that is perfect for swimming, also has a handicap accessable dock ladder that was perfect for our pups to be able to climb! Will definatley be booking this property again.

Summary: This property exceeded all expectations. The house is absolutely stunning and secluded. Kathy is absolutely amazing and the pictures do NOT do this Justice. We hope to stay again sometime :). We had 3 adults and 3 children and still had so much room, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: If you're looking for a getaway just outside of Knoxville, this is the place! Great location, very secluded but close to a marina and restaurant by boat. We had a great time, the house was perfect for 3 couples!

Summary: We brought our boat down to TN for the week. Kathy was amazing-helping us navigate the launch at the marina and overnight parking of the trailer before we left for home. Her house is perfect for our family-master bedroom and large living area/kitchen on the first floor and 3 bedrooms downstairs. We loved the additional access to a pool table! The wrap around decks on two levels allowed everyone to have a favorite viewing spot to watch the lake/marina and nature. Quiet cove area, gorgeous water, flat and calm. All around perfect vacation spot!

Summary: We thought the listing looked great and couldn’t wait to visit, however, upon arrival the actual property exceeded all of our expectations! Whether we were floating in the water down at the dock, or hanging out in the covered garage playing games and preparing meals, we had an absolute blast during our stay! Owners Kathy and Randy were the best! They answered all of our questions promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed!! We would definitely stay at this home again, and would highly recommend to all! The location and privacy is superb!
