Summary: This was a really nice place. Very cute and cozy. The location was perfect. Being on the water was great and we were able to dock our boat during our stay. Karina couldn't have been nicer and communication was very easy. Definitely would stay here again.

Summary: Great patio on which to enjoy a view of the lake and do some bird watching. Comfortable bed, comfortable couch and a great view All was just right for the two of us for a few days.

Summary: It rained most of the time we were there, but we were provided with plenty of towels which helped keep things dry. The dock was so close and when the weather cleared the kids loved jumping right in! Location was great, about 5-20 min to anything you could want. The only thing that was off-putting was the additional fee for more than 2 guests (max was listed as 4, we had 4 and still paid a fee) and the front door sticks. With all the rain it was frustrating trying to get in when the knob was sticky and we were soaked! Otherwise a great week for all!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the house it was perfect for what we wanted, a nice place to sleep while we explored the adderondacks during the day. It was nice and quiet on a little side road, and a nice view Of the lake from the dock. Place was clean when we arrived, and Karina was very quick with her responses. Over all a nice place to stay

Summary: We had a great week - but mostly because we only used this property to sleep and spent the day at a lakefront home. The apartment was adequate in size, clean and comfortable - but it did not feel lakefront in any way. Too many stairs, poor access to the lake and a terrible view from the deck. The owner requires too much money upfront and also required me to purchase insurance - which I have never had to do. It suited our vacation but was the only property available for us. We would not rent here again.

Summary: We booked this rental at the very last minute after wanting to extend our vacation for a few more days. Karina responded quickly and was very accommodating considering we booked it the day before and thankfully it was available. This rental is on the 2nd floor of the owner's house and accessible by a private set of stairs. Large sliding glass doors open up to the deck which is large and provides a nice view of the lake. There is a table and chairs to sit outside and relax or dine. There was plenty of room for us inside (me, my husband and daughter) with 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. There is a full kitchen with a large counter space that makes meal prep and cooking easy. Includes everything you would need (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, silverware, plates etc). Washer/Dryer is a big plus. A/C kept us cool on the warmer days. There is a private dock and we enjoyed fishing and swimming in the lake. The property is in a great location... 10 mins from Lake George, really close to the outlets, Six Flags and restaurants. It's 5 mins off of rt 87. All this and it's very reasonably priced... we hope to return soon!
