Prime mid-lake, deep water location. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. 5 bedroom, 4 full bath. One master bedroom on the walk-in floor. Two other bedrooms on that floor wtih queen beds that share a full bathroom. Top floor has one bedroom with a queen and full and another bedroom with a queen and twin bed that share a full bathroom. Basement floor houses the kitchen, familyroom, gameroom and additional full bathroom. Washer/dryer on main floor. Pool table and darts. Covered porch. BBQ Grill with propane included. Firepit with firewood included. Parking on property and across street on extra lot large enough for multiple boats to park. Two slip dock with power for your boats with swim platform. Kitchenware and bathroom necessities included. Coffee maker, Keurig(pods not provided) and microwave. 10 mins to I57 and I24. NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed. No parties. No loud music outside. Please note that for the safety of the renters, owners, and neighbors, we have Ring Cameras installed at front and back doors and are exterior view only. Garage not accessible for renters.

Summary: The location was great and we had a good time The only negative thing is kitchen cabinets were not very well organized and clean. A lot of light bulbs were burnt out. We found several things in need of repair.

Summary: This was our 4th trip to Lake Egypt, first time at this property. It is a fantastic location, easy access to lake and a great outdoor area to enjoy the grill and firepit. House was very clean, furnishings are dated but plenty of room and set up was great for a friends and family group. Mike was a great host and very quick to respond to any question. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: The property was beautiful and spacious for my family, my brother’s family, and my parents. We have family in the cove and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather on the porch. All of the kids loved the game area and there was plenty of room for them to hang out on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked and there were sooo many towels! The only thing lacking was black out curtains. The bedrooms facing the lake had blinds, but they still really let the sun in. The two bedrooms on the third floor have a skylight directly over beds. After the first morning of my children waking up at 6:15 am, we made a run to Dollar General and covered the skylight with poster board ;)

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the lake this year. The house was just as we expected, very spacious and clean. The back patio was awesome, we really enjoyed the view of the lake. The check in process was the easiest we have ever had at any place we have stayed so that was great. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. The only thing our group encountered that was a challenge for some of us (the older people) was the outside incline was slightly steep and for unloading and reloading the vehicle for the downstairs kitchen stuff was a little rough, but we managed and that wouldn't keep us from coming back. We would definitely come back. Thanks alot Mike.

Summary: With 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, this house was plenty spacious for our group. While it was not much of an issue for us, the spiral staircase leading to the lower level & steep outdoor walkways might be a challenge for smaller children & elderly guests. We spent the greater part of our visit outside on the large outdoor patio/deck, which has a gorgeous view of the lake. We also enjoyed the separate smaller patio with a fire pit already stocked with wood. This house also has a 2 slip boat & swimming dock, which is also very nice. Mike was very responsive & easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this house & hope to be back!
