5 Bedroom House in Granbury

This is a beautiful five bedroom, 3.5 bath home with additional sleeping for four people in the guest lighthouse... located on the waterfront of Lake Granbury, within Indian Harbor, a private and gated community. This home is located on a large cove with a large covered dock with large fenced in seating area. You can easily tie your boat or jet ski to the dock. Great fishing off the dock and a rope swing when you need to cool off! In addition to the rope swing, there is a canoe to enjoy in the cove. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the large deck with a fire pit and outdoor cooking area with green egg, grill, and bar seating While you hang out under the covered porch, enjoy a game of bags with the kids, both included. There is a large gated yard and in ground pool. There is a large driveway that will hold 5 cars. This home is full of outdoor activities for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Amenities also include a washer and dryer in the home. There is a dining area with a table with seating for10, looking out across the lake. Additional seating in the eat in kitchen for four with same spectacular view.

Surrounded by trees on a quiet cul-de-sac, this large home has a beautiful, serene view of the water. It's perfect for a getaway or a relaxing outing with the family and friend at the lake. The community boat ramp, and large marina and restaurant are nearby. Dine on site in the fully equipped kitchen or experience Granbury’s fine restaurants. Relax on the porch or on the covered boat dock while fishing and listen to the birds, ducks, and geese as they land in the cove. Located right outside of the city, you can do what your heart desires. From hiking, biking, swimming, shopping, golfing, or just reading and relaxing, there are endless possibilities! Come enjoy Granbury, the lake, and the solitude of this Renewed Retreat. This Renewed Retreat has five bedrooms. The Master bedroom houses a King size bed and bath and is located downstairs. The remaining four bedrooms and a large game room are upstairs. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a mini crib, located next to a full size bathroom. Bedroom #3, also has a queen size bed and mini crib and shares bathroom with Bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, also a full bed with twin trundle and crib with windows that look out over the lake. Bedroom # 5 has a queen size bed, twin bed with twin trundle and a crib. Bedroom # 4 and #5 share a bathroom across the hall. The large game room has sectional seating, smartTV and a pool table with a spectacular view of the lake. Downstairs along with the Master Bedroom is the living room with plenty of seating, a wood burning fireplace and TV, a large open concept kitchen with island, bar, table, and dining room overlooking the lake. There are fresh linens in the closet in the upstairs linen closet to use, and towels are provided in each bathroom. Please bring your own towels for outside use.
Enjoy the fire pit. Games of bags are available and there is a grill outside for those outdoor grilling experiences. On the property there is a two story lighthouse with two twin trundle beds that will sleep an additional four people.

Summary: Cindy was an absolutely incredible host! We were in town celebrating a college graduation from TSU, and she went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even surprised us by putting the school flag on the lighthouse—such a thoughtful and personal touch! The space was perfect, and her hospitality truly made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend staying here

Summary: Amazing view of the lake from the back of the house. We enjoyed the firepit and the indoor fireplace. The lighthouse was fun for the kids as a separate sleeping area but had no heater. Home has a nice country feel and was decorated very well. Nice long driveway to accommodate family and guests. Sunroom with the large table made it fun for game night. Would love to stay again and experience the home in the summertime. Overall, a great experience and the hosts were super friendly and communicated well.

Summary: the overdecoration of the home and "extreme" accessorization is to the point that it is claustrophobic; also contributing to the same uncomfortable feeling is the darkness caused by the gray walls and ceilings throughout; while a well stocked kitchen is appreciated this one is overwhelming due to the magnitude of items (many mismatched) available and the complete lack of logical organization there was a general lack of a crisp/clean feel in many parts of the home, especially the kitchen much of the carpeting needs to be replaced as it is spotted and stained (especially bad is the carpet going up to the second floor), stained kitchen towels and potholders should be replaced baby cribs in so many bedrooms only add to "crowding" the space; recommend that they be available where and when needed by guests future renters should be prepared and not entirely discouraged by the drive to the property that takes one thru a distressed area the immediate entrance to the driveway itself should be modified; two of our vehicles (sedans) bottomed out and required considerable caution when departing so as not to damage the cars On the positive side the attributes that easily deserves a 10 rating: the pool was great and the outside grill did the job with no difficulty the owners were responsive, helpful, and attended to all requests asap the view across the lake very restful this section of lake quite safe for boating with kids being towed in rafts

Summary: We had an amazing time relaxing with family before heading back to school. The view is even better than the pictures and the home is perfect for mixed ages. There’s accommodations for babies, the lake swing and pool for older kids, and rocking chairs for granny and pawpaw. It was clean and welcoming and our host was gracious and responsive. Already talking about making this an annual trip.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. The view is gorgeous, the pool is so nice (salt-water) and the house was large enough to accommodate our entire family. We loved having the two living areas so the guys could watch sports upstairs while the littles watched cartoons downstairs. The kids were in the pool all day long and loved it. The kitchen seemed a little chaotic and could have been more organized but that could have been a personal preference. We usually cook all our meals in the home and there was plenty of room for all 14 of us to have somewhere to sit and to prepare the meals. We loved the extra refrigerator outside and my littles LOVED the Little Tikes cars in the garage!!! It was a wonderful week with our family. We would definitely stay in this home again.
