Hinna Cottage is located on the shore of South Lindstrom Lake. We have a beautiful stretch of beach and our deck is steps from the water. Our home is recently renovated and features every amenity for an upscale, comfortable stay. We can accommodate 8 guests and provide everything you need (including specialized itineraries) to unplug and unwind. Summer or Winter, Lindstrom is a fantastic location for leisure. Boating, year round fishing, golf, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, antiquing... we are close to it all! We have two large bedrooms and a sleeping porch, three bathrooms, a large living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. We have both central AC and heat so we are a year round destination. We offer specialized itineraries so you can make the most of your time in the area.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. I’ve been coming to Minnesota every year for about 10 years and this is by far my favorite vacation rental. The home is bright, clean, and well decorated with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need to cook and entertain. The beds are VERY comfortable. Communication with the host was amazing. The lake view is spectacular. I spent plenty of time watching wildlife and boats go by. This is s wonderful home away from home and I look forward to returning soon.

Summary: We all gathered for a weekend at the cottage and really enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect for sitting around and playing games and having great conversation. The shops in Lindstrom were fun to walk around on Saturday. We hope to be back in the future!

Summary: The cottage is a gem! We had a girls’ shopping weekend and it was a perfect place to stay! The open floor plan allows for a wonderful place to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! I strongly recommend this cottage on the lake. It is cute, cozy and close to town for shopping and dining out. The host was very accessible for questions!

Summary: This place is beautiful. A perfect place to get away with some girl friends. Great location. Near shopping, wineries and breweries. The owners were very easy to contact and responded quickly. Over all a great experience. The only small complaint is there was no shampoo, conditioner ot body wash provided.

Summary: This home is the perfect get away for families and friends wanting to connect or reconnect by a pristine lakeshore. The house and sandy beach is well equipped for smaller children. There is a large closet with a slotted door in the lower level bedroom which was the perfect size for a pack’n play. The closet also had an outlet where we could plug in a monitor and white noise machine. The host was well communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It fit two families of three and another friend comfortably in the three rooms. The kitchen was also spacious enough for multiple cooks. We are definitely planning to come back.
