Welcome to our serene lakefront cottage, the perfect escape for families and groups seeking a tranquil getaway. Nestled along the sound end of Torch Lake, our charming cottage offers a blend of rustic charm and modern amenities to ensure a memorable stay for up to 10 guests.

Each bathroom is equipped with fresh towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioners, and hair dryers.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals.
Outdoor Space: A spacious deck with several different seating areas and a BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the breathtaking sunrise over the lake. Our space includes a fire pit for evening gatherings and direct access to the lake for boating, swimming, and kayaking.
Firewood and propane for grill provided.

PARKING/RENTALS
Parking is available for 5 vehicles. They must be parked in the driveway and off the road at all times. Trailer parking available nearby for a daily rate.
DOCK
You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond the dock is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves can pick up quick, please be cognizant of your boat and remove from the water if winds are above 15 mph. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.

Township ordinance requires quiet time from 10pm to 8am.
No parties & gatherings should be limited to 10 people total unless you have prior approval from property manager.

Stayed with our daughter's their spouses & our 4 grandkids 9 yr - 1 yr..House fully stocked house & outdoor area .Beautiful views in the morning with coffee & night for relaxing by the.fire. Summary: Everything was perfect about the house with the exception of the lake water temperature. The kayaks were wonderful. Such a quiet location, yet located close to the main road to get to the little towns for shopping, marina for boat rental and grocery store. Beach towels, life jackets (even for our 3 year old grandson) and shampoo/conditioner/soap was supplied. The only thing we did have to supply was paper towel. They had laundry soap and dish soap, coffee and a good variety of spices. The hostess even reached out to let us know a local donut business was having a special on a day that we were there. Book a boat at the same time you book the house. Everything was perfect!

Summary: Great property and location on the lake. Within walking distance to corner store and restaurant which came in handy. Beautiful outdoor setup with amazing dock, outdoor seating and landscaping. We had an amazing time!

Summary: We were in town for the International Firework show in Traverse City and my daughters 7th birthday! We came the second week of September. The high was about 70 for two days and then cooler the rest of the time. With sunshine it was warm enough to play on the beach and my kids loved it! It was so cool to look out the window and see all the boats at the sandbar out in front but yet not hear any loud noise either! It was perfect! We had a bonfire and made s’mores and left the doors open to hear the waves- even when it was cooler. This home is SO cozy, and so perfectly spaced out, that even without hot weather and using the lake the whole time- it’s still wonderful! I have YET, until now, stayed in a VRBO, with the right amount and size of beds in each rooms that make such perfect sense AND were comfortable! Myself, my husband, 2 kids & my parents had so much room without even using all the rooms! It was very clean as well! The two full baths were wonderful and the downstairs tub is very roomy- my kids had plenty of room for a bath. Everything we needed was there, there isn’t anything I could even suggest to add- it’s fully stocked. A big thing for me when I do VRBO’s is I will not rent from a rental company. I only rent from families. I have seen a big difference in the care of the home. The Z family loves this home and it’s well cared for! We hope to visit again sometime, we created great family memories and the location doesn’t get anymore perfect than this! Thank you!

Summary: Great location. First time at Torch and the adults and kids had a blast. Short stay of only 3 nights and we could've stayed longer! We would 100% rebook this accommodation. Proximity to the store, sandbar, restaurant, etc. was a huge plus. Super clean. Loved the fire pit. Was very easy to hook up our boat to the provided buoys.
