Beautiful Granbury Lake waterfront house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, private lake access and stunning views of the hill country and the sunset. Lots of windows with natural light, two large decks providing beautiful views of the water, as well as a large personal dock at your disposal. This home provides all that you need for a break from the ordinary. Super close to a boat ramp and watercraft rental. Minutes from Granbury Town Square and only 45 minutes to downtown Fort Worth!
The space
This two-story home easily accommodates 10 guests throughout four rooms.
The master rests on the first floor and features a spacious king size bed where you'll sleep peacefully on a 12" memory foam mattress with a plush duvet. You'll love the large bathroom suite with walk-in shower.
Located on the second floor are three bedrooms. Bedroom one features a king size bed, bedroom two features a queen size bed, and bedroom three features a queen size bed and two twin size bunk beds, perfect for the kiddos. Guests will really enjoy the two fully remodeled bathrooms. Each room features a 12" memory foam mattress and plush duvet for all of your sleeping comforts. Each room also has it's own Smart TV for your entertainment.
A light and bright living area sits on the first floor, with access to the lower patio, just steps from the water. The living area provides a comfortable and relaxed space with a 55" flat screen Smart TV and sectional couch.
The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials for cooking a meal at the house, or venture over to Granbury Town Square to find some amazing food. There are some great local restaurants just minutes down the road.
Enjoy the dining room and game room meant specifically for wonderful family gatherings. Enjoy a family meal together looking out towards the water or have game night with board games and pool.
The highlight of the house is the large outdoor patios and private boat dock with one empty slip, just steps from your patio. The slip measures 9'x22', and you can also tie off your boat on the side of the dock. Whether you're having a blast on the lily pad, enjoying some fishing, or just relaxing, you'll easily spend hours of fun on the water.
The house also has a dedicated laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer to use at your convenience.

Help yourself to the entire house. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests during the day and a maximum of 10 guests to stay the night. The boat dock is yours to enjoy as well.

Lake visits are always supposed to be fun, but safety is always the number one priority. Swimming, floating, kayaking, and any other water activities are done at your own risk. Please stay observant at all times, especially guests with young children. The areas near the retaining wall are shallow as you step into the water off the stairs, but get deep quickly as you make your way towards the end of the dock.
PET POLICY
We welcome your furry family, but we do ask that you please limit the number of pets brought to the house to 2, and only dogs, please. We require a $75 pet fee per animal brought to the house. Please do your best to help limit barking, as we have neighbors close by. Please also be aware that additional charges may be required after your stay if the cleaning crew reports additional damages beyond what is expected during a regular visit. Additional damages might include urine spots, damaged property, and yard poop cleanup.

Summary: This was a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful location. It was a perfect location for viewing the eclipse but we also loved playing on the lake and watching the birds. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Great stay.

Summary: We rented this property on recommendation from a friend whose family had visited previously and loved it. This was a wonderful location, great setup, very comfortable and fit our needs extremely well. The "activity room" with its large table, pool table and nice backyard/lake view was perfect. Sleeping areas were spacious and comfortably provisioned. Kitchen area and available utensils/appliances made cooking and cleaning easy. All in all, we had a great stay and look forward to possibly returning next year.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here with our family and our Lab. Having the lily pad and boats for the lake was great. The house is older but has new finishes, the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook some easy meals, and we liked seeing all the bird life in the grassy area across the water. The only downside was that the back yard was messy; we had to pick up some litter and clean off the outdoor furniture we used. Overall a good stay for our first time in Granbury.

Summary: We loved staying at this property for a wedding just down the road. The host was excellent at response time and content of messages. Clean property and nice access to the lake. Saw a beaver and other wild life. Highly recommend!
