Welcome to your serene escape on the shores of Lake Erie! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty, providing an idyllic getaway for families and friends seeking relaxation and adventure. With its stunning lake views, covered outdoor seating area, and charming firepit by the water's edge, this vacation rental promises unforgettable moments and cherished memories.
For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.
The living room has a comfortable sectional couch and chair, 55" Roku TV, and electric fireplace with remote. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. There's central AC for those hot summer nights.
This house has 3 bedrooms with 1-king, 1-queen and 1-twin bunk. Note: the top bunk weight limit is 200lbs. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is an additional 3/4 bathroom with a stand-up shower.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, wine fridge and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There's also a single brew Keurig/coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods provided.
We also have a full-size washer and dryer located on the main floor.
Note: Please do not use the basement - this is for owner storage only.
Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles and has driveways on both sides of the house. The property backyard is fully fenced please be sure the gates are closed before letting your pets off their leash. Pets must have leash while in the front yard.
Check in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.
Residential neighborhood
This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our house.

Pet Rules:
Dogs are permitted by request only and upon approval. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There will be a pet fee applied at the time of booking. Please be sure to include a pet when confirming your booking. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Sorry, no cats or other pets are allowed.
House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.
Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave temperature set at 68 degrees.

Summary: We booked this property when we were coming to visit our son in college for Easter. The property completely blew us away and the owners were amazingWe had issues with my credit card and they were unbelievably patientThe house was beautiful and really is right on the lake. The morning and evening views are outstanding We use VRBOs a lot and this was the easiest check out process ever Finally, I am a very big guy. The bed is fine for a big guy. Both bathrooms work for those of us that are horizontally challenged although the upstairs one is roomier. The furniture is completely comfortable. I never worried if ai was going to break anything. Book it. You will not regret it.

Summary: My boyfriend and I chose this location because it was around the halfway point between our respective residences and we just wanted a break from long drives. This house was perfect for our purposes. It was in a quiet location right on the lake. We chose to eat out (very close to lots of good places) but you could easily fix meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Bed was super comfy and the house was very clean. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great house for a family who would want to make a trip to Cedar Pointe but get away from the traffic and crowds at the end of the day.

Summary: The whole house was perfect. Even better than the pictures. Clean, safe and very quiet fully stocked with everything you would probably need. The backyard is the Crown Jewel beautiful Lake view and fire pit. Everything is set up to run smoothly check in check out no problems I look forward to coming back home again. I grew up in Lorain definitely five stars.😎👍

Summary: The house came fully equipped with amenities and was fairly clean. All the appliances were new and clean. The property manager was very good with communication and instructions. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. Beautiful view and water access. 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: We took my mom up to Lake Erie for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and cute. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beds were quite comfy.

Summary: This property has a nice location being water front. It has steps down to the water where my two boys enjoyed fishing. With a short walk, you can be at a small beach area and the pier isn't far beyond that. The house has everything needed for cooking one's own meals plus a grill on the deck. It was a relaxing weekend for our family.

Summary: We are a family of 4 plus a Shitzu puppy. We were looking for a place where the men in our family could easily launch their boat & go fishing & the women could relax with a great view & read a book. We accomplished all of these wants at this home. The home was very comfortable & we had a great time. Being able to walk to the mariner was great as well as good expertise for us & our pup. The other nice thing was the fenced in yard. We also indulged in some nice restaurants. Thanks Rick ( who was easy to communicate with) for making our week really fun & great. The Hieber, Nye family
