Summary: This location is superb! I did spend an hour with a broom removing cobwebs & nat nests from the walls & furniture on the deck, but it is an outdoor deck….loved the kids pool & private dock.

Summary: This was our second stay in this condo by the Lake. We love the proximity to downtown Sandpoint and the convenience of having our boat right on the property. The condo is clean and spacious and the property is wonderful with the pools and other amenities. We would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay tremondously other than a slight issue that had nothing to do with the host or the place. The bed listings are not accurate but the pictures are!

Summary: Our stay was great for a family reunion. The upper rooms were warm due to the summer temperatures but the surroundings and pool were wonderful. Also closeness to the downtown area was great.

Summary: The condo was wonderful, and the location excellent. We floated on the lake right off the property. The two pools were an extra bonus for the smaller boys. You can walk to downtown and the city beach. We would definitely look at staying here again as our whole family loved it!

Summary: We came to Sandpoint for a birthday celebration with family coming from a few different areas of the PNW. The accommodations were big enough to house 4 couples, 2 young kids and a newborn with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well-stocked for the couple of meals we cooked. Shops and restaurants were within reasonable walking distance. A couple of teenage deer and some goslings visited during our stay making it even more memorable!
