3 Bedroom Condo in Camden

The condo/townhouse has a most spectacular view of the bay and of Birdsong Marina. The private unit has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. On the main level, you will find a 2 full kitchens 2 dining areas, and living room. The game room is sure to impress with a pool table ping-pong table combination and a dartboard. The arcade will be coming October 1. The unit is complete with a balcony finished with seating and 2 propane grills. The shared/private (shared between five owners) dock is ready for your boat. Also enjoy the year old fishing pier. This is the perfect spot to live it up or relax it down.
This unit is actually our 2 units put together for the larger group. It makes a great space for multiple families.

Summary: The owner was very accessible and replied to any and all concerns very quickly and she shared with us things to do in the area. This is a perfect location for quiet time away. The description is perfect and the property is beautiful. I would highly recommend this location as well as the owner. She did everything she could to ensure our stay was wonderful and any concerns we had she took care of immediately.

Summary: The condo is gorgeous! It has 3 lofts, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully stocked kitchens, pool/ping pong, and an arcade game. The decor is very nice. The deck is huge. It was big enough to set up Cornhole boards. It has 2 gas grills and really nice patio furniture. There is an amazing view of the lake from any room in the place. The stairs to get down to the lake are a little steep, but still well worth the climb. There is a marina right across the water where we rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water. We brought our kayaks. It was easy to get them to the water. The host is super responsive and very nice. We can't wait to come back for our next vacation!
