Come enjoy your peaceful getaway on Lake Horace where there's something for everyone to enjoy. Make memories in the summer while swimming in the sandy lake just steps from the back door. Jump off one of two private docks or floating raft, kayak, go fishing, or simply enjoy the view of the sunset from one of three spacious decks off the house. Kayaks and life jackets are available for guest use. Autumn brings beautiful foliage and quiet moments to enjoy the crispness in the air. In the winter, enjoy ice fishing and skating on the lake or visit nearby snowmobiling trails if you like a little more speed! Have fun skiing, snowboarding, or tubing at Pat's Peak, just 10 minutes away. Springtime is alive in Weare, NH as the ice on the lake melts and the birds rejoice while the sun warms your face.
This beautifully appointed house features views of the lake from almost every room. A newly updated kitchen with leathered granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, island with seating for 4, and a pot filler faucet makes any cook happy. A large deck off the kitchen invites you to step outside with your morning coffee to enjoy the view while hearing the sounds of the lake in the morning. First floor master bedroom is across from the full bathroom and has two twin beds which can be pushed together to form a king. A large sunroom with vaulted ceilings boasts a view of Lake Horace and features a dining table with seating for 8; warm, comfortable living room , and full bathroom with washer/dryer rounds out the first floor. Upstairs features a master bedroom with a private balcony, lakeside guest bedroom with balcony overlooking the lake, 2nd guest bedroom (hillside), and full bathroom. An extra cot can be found in the master bedroom closet if needed.
Drive right up to the front door to unload luggage or groceries with no stairs to enter. Ample parking available for 6+ cars. Enjoy the views from the upper decks or venture down 20 stairs to get to the dock where you can dip your toes into the serene waters of Lake Horace (or run and do a canon ball!). Public boat ramp just minutes away at Chase Park is available for a fee during summer months or enjoy two provided kayaks right from your backyard. This comfortable house is ready to be the landscape for your lasting family memories.

Summary: This is a lovely house in a super quiet secluded location - it is a bit of a drive to/from Manchester (30 minutes), and you head off down a dirt road to get there which is why it is so quiet. The home has been nicely updated with a modern kitchen, updated first floor bath, etc. The lake is beautiful and the setting is top rate. We went for a college graduation with family and it was perfect for us and we were all sad to leave. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We loved being on the lake and the house was very nice. A little early in the season but very quiet. Kitchen was very well equipped. TV was strange with many useless channels. Would recommend for folks who want to truly feel away from it all.

Summary: We stayed here because my daughter was getting married in Concord. It was a bit out of the way but was a lovely home in an incredibly beautiful spot an Weare reservoir. Very comfortable beds , very clean., well maintained . Would stay again in a heartbeat !

Summary: Awesome property with easy access to the lake for fishing. 5 friends and their dirt bikes had a wonderful stay. Had two trucks one with enclosed trailer and still had plenty of driveway space. Everything in the home was in working order, clean, and overall welcoming. If you like to ride (dunbarton/hop ev, and boundtree are both within 30min) or just want a relaxing stay in the great northeast this property should be an option.

Summary: Large home on most beautiful quiet lake with amazing views. We kayaked every day and fished from the docks there was room for everyone to have there space. We brought a huge 8 person float that we tied to the dock and it was really enjoyable. Great deck space with such fantastic views, we took so many photos of the lake because it was just so pretty. The kitchen was new and spacious very big island so all could congregate. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 children and we all fit fine. We had a wonderful experience here and so thankful for the opportunity to live right on the lake for a week. Thanks Jamie

Summary: This house is so charming and cozy, but also reflects impeccable planning and attention to detail so as to maximize the gorgeous lake views. The kitchen layout is fantastic and has great views! There are a variety of dining options which was nice (dining room table, countertop, a hightop table in the living room plus outdoor patio seating). There is a steep slope down the driveway but there is a flat parking pad alongside the house to allow for the convenient unloading of groceries and people which we appreciated. Overnight parking is up by the garage. The house has been maintained and cleaned to high standards. We enjoyed our stay here as a family with our adult children and would love to come again. It was peaceful, cozy and very easy to just be together there as a family. We appreciated the owner's suggestions for where to get pizza, groceries, etc. Fantastic stay!
