Enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Huron from this 2-bedroom 3-bath lakehouse in Fort Gratiot. This newly updated and decorated gem offers dual master suites with stand-up showers. More bathrooms than bedrooms is a hard-to-find amenity in this area! Featuring a beautiful granite eat-in kitchen fully stocked with many brand new appliances and an adjoining family room, it’s the perfect space to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. There is also a living room with a 42” flat screen TV, and plenty of seating.
This amazing lakehouse sits in a well established neighborhood with shared access to over a mile of beautiful private Lake Huron coastline and beach. Our lake access is only steps from the front door. There is access to the beach at both the North and South ends of the beach just a short walk away. When you're done enjoying the beach, return home and marvel at the ever-changing blue of the lake and the freighters going by. This neighborhood also connects to the local County Park and offers great walking paths and trails, a beautiful playground and pavilions and even a large public beach to enjoy.
The lakehouse is convenient to many local amenities. 5 minutes to Port Huron’s North end containing many restaurants and shopping centers. 10 minutes to the Blue Water Bridge and across to Sarnia, Canada. Around the bridge there is a great park and boardwalk to enjoy the incredible view of freighters, windsurfers and all manner of boats passing by. 15 minutes to downtown Port Huron where there are many great local restaurants, a theater and shops to enjoy.
20 minutes to the North will land you in Lexington, a quaint seaside town with a great theatre and public boat launch and public pier. Many cute seaside shops are here to enjoy. 5 minutes North is Lakeport State Park , a beautiful state park with a great beach, picnic area and walking, biking and hiking trails.

Summary: Although a rental it felt like home and Amy, our host, was so pleasant and efficient! The house is even nicer than the pictures. Lots of room, extra half-bath, and the kitchen is so well stocked. Beds are comfy and the towels are definitely fluffier than mine! So easy to get to the beach, and waking up to the lake out the front windows. Quick access to Port Huron and all the towns north, if you choose to explore but nice just to be at the beach. Definitely recommend!

Summary: This is by far the best place we have experienced so far. I definitely recommend staying at this property when visiting this area. The house is spacious and very clean with plenty of restrooms, which is hard to find. The host is very attentive to your needs and cares about your stay, so much so you know it.

Summary: Amy was a great host and had awesome communication throughout. We only stayed a few days, but her place had all the amenities it needed, and was close to the water! You can tell the inside has recently been upgraded/renovated and is a great place to stay!

Summary: We enjoyed Bluebell Lake House for our first sisters’ week in a very long time! It was the perfect accommodation for us. The house is gorgeously decorated inside and very clean. All amenities were available including fresh flowers in all the rooms and some sweet welcome surprises upon arrival! Amy, the owner, was available to us throughout the booking process and even visited us once to see how things were going. She gave us lots of ideas on where to visit in the area, as well as restaurant suggestions. Access to the the lake was a short walk to the beach. Also less than 5 minute car ride to Ft. Gratiot park with a great beach, vending machines, clean bathrooms and pavilions with picnic tables. This was a fabulous trip made even better by a stay at Bluebell! I hope we can come back soon! 😍
