Summary: On arrival we were told there was no breakfast as it was too early in the season. I had to ask for a kettle, which did not prove a problem, and was offered cups. In my opinion, they should have been in the room already, along with coffee, tea etc if breakfast wasn't being included with no price reduction. The wi fi worked if I sat outside the building, but was very poor inside and would keep cutting out. The shower was good!!

Summary: Room heating unit not operating correctly. TV tuning was too complicated. Initial assigned room was odd shaped and very tight. Location OK but starting to look run down.

Summary: I don’t like to give negative reviews. Suffice it to say that this property is in need of major updating. The one good thing is that it is close to the ferry terminal.

Summary: Ashley was the receptionist and she was very helpful. I wish the outside lights could be turned off by the room occupant and not on a timer.
