Positive: Stunning views of the lake and mountains from large balcony. Very comfortable and clean. Tastefully furnished. Fantastic property! Great communication and service property managers Stay South.
Negative: Could do with some mirrors in the bedrooms and a larger selection of cooking utensils. Also a couple of extra chairs on the balcony.
Summary: Wonderful accommodation, excellent location for town. Great service from Stay South. Very pleased.

Positive: This was a good location, being about a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The apartment was modern and clean and tidy on arrival. No complaints about the apartment. You will have a fine time there.
Negative: There were a couple of issues with our stay. The first relates to parking. There is a garage attached to the apartment but the block of apartments are built so close to each other and with the access lane on a relatively steep incline, parking anything other than a small car is really quite difficult. Certainly not a deal breaker, but please be aware if you own or plan to hire a larger vehicle. The second issue relates to service by StaySouth. We spent about $4500 NZD on our 5 nights at this property. When we departed we accidentally left an item behind (to the value of about $100). I messaged StaySouth 4 times to ask if we could work out how to have the item returned. The messages weren't acknowledged or returned. I phoned StaySouth twice. No-one made any effort to follow up on this with me. So we had to leave the item behind. Really disappointing StaySouth - your customer service really is lacking. On this basis alone I won't ever book through you again.
Summary: The apartment was fine - StaySouth's customer service, not so much.
