Summary: This was a great place to stay while driving through Minnesota. It was well equipped room with fridge and microwave (we didn’t use microwave). I’m not sure if the air conditioner actually worked although the fan was a bit loud. The bed was comfy enough and they provided a nice batch of welcome snacks.

Summary: Nice comfortable stay. Our room was clean and cozy. My only complaint, which wasn't even really a complaint, was that the office closed relatively early, which I didn't know. Luckily, the gentleman saw us and came to unlock the door and check us in. He said he usually calls guests to see if anyone will be checking in late, but since we hadn't booked directly with the hotel and had used a 3rd party he wasn't provided with contact information for me. So, I would suggest if you plan to check in later than about 5 PM, I would contact the motel directly to let them know. Aside from that, everything was great, and I would recommend the room. It's nothing fancy, but it is clean and comfortable.

Summary: I love this place. Nice, peaceful setting overlooking the lake. Great location to downtown yet felt like it was in the country. Grocery store, shops, restaurants very nearby. The owner was so sweet and lovely. Very nice person to deal with. Finally, the bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep early and slept late, something I never do. So appreciate the comfort and quiet. I feel terrific today!
