This property is located on 2 and a half acres with one hundred & fifty feet of lake shore. The cabin sits a mere 600 feet from the lake! The covered porch of the cabin is connected to a wrap-around deck over-looking the yard and lake.
This is an open floor plan with the main bath room & master bedroom (queen sized bed) located on the first floor. There is a half bathroom located on the 2nd floor loft which contains another queen sized bed and two twin beds. The loft also has a sitting area over-looking the yard and lake shore.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite covered island making it the perfect environment for cooking and entertaining! Your guests will enjoy sitting at the island eating, playing games or participating in the cooking while other guests lounge in the dining area or living room enjoying the view!

Summary: Hope you found the cabin in good order after our departure on Saturday, 7/29/2023. The cabin was ideal for our stay with the loft providing an area that the Grandkids could call their own. A few comments that hopefully you will find helpful relative to the cabin rental. Not all of the outlets were functional. There were no instructions for the TV. Also think some of the batteries in the remotes needed replacing. We do understand that if the TV’s worked, streaming was needed. The lighting in the master was lacking – one bed lamp did not work (missing knob) and the bulb in the overhead fan did not work. The grill was not used. It appeared that it was somewhat disassembled. The access to the lake and the water off the dock was very disappointing. Honestly if we had known the condition the area was in we would not have rented the cabin. We had two teenagers and 2 – 10 year olds all are avid swimmers and one is a kayak enthusiast. Needless to say somewhat disappointed. Not sure why having a waterfront cabin with no clear accessibility or view of the water. Now I understand why there was no photo of the waterfront.

Summary: The house is fully stocked with everything we needed, including a well-appointed kitchen, comfy beds and a great gas grill on the deck. The deck! The huge wraparound deck was where we spent the majority of our time. It overlooks the beautiful yard and lake. While there are neighbors, you'd never know it. We felt like we had our own secluded oasis all week.

Summary: My daughter, my sister and her daughter and I had a wonderful girls' weekend at the cabin! It was very comfortable, cozy and the Northwoods decor was very welcoming. The kitchen was enjoyable to use and well stocked. The wrap around porch was amazing. Communication with the owner was great and check in was effortless and so convenient. We appreciated all the attention to detail that the cabin offers. Thank you, Dan & Marnie, for sharing your wonderful cabin with us!

Summary: My son and I had a WONDERFUL TIME at Dan and Marnie's cabin. We cooked a lot in the well-appointed kitchen, hung out and played cards by the cozy pellet stove, and enjoyed the wooded stillness by the lake. All in all, just a great stay. We hope to be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery that surrounded the cabin and soaked in the summer heat as we paddled on the lake! Nothing was missing and we will definitely be back again!
