Summary: Excellent stay at this quiet Swan Pond location -- the house and adjoining apartment provided plenty of room for our party of 7 to spread out and relax. The property was clean and well stocked both inside and out. The pond was quiet this week with minimal boat traffic, providing a perfect spot for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. The location is ideal for day trips to the beach as well as to the Old Port for some shopping. Highly recommend the pies from the nearby corner store. The owner was super responsive throughout the entire booking process and stay. Will look to book again next year!

Summary: This was better than advertised. What a great place in so many ways. Every last detail was excellent, we had a great time. Canoes, kayaks, floats, fishing rods, fire pit, I could go on and on. both the inside and outside was wonderful and the hosts were exceptional.

Summary: Great location, quiet pond not too far away from Wells, Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. Use of kayaks was a plus. Beautiful view from deck and living room. Owner very friendly and accommodating. My family and friends had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Thanks again for sharing your home!

Summary: We all enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and lovely. AC was definitely a plus. There was plenty of room and the beds are really comfortable. The waterfront is peaceful. Perfect places on the dock and deck for morning coffee.There were lots of amenities kayaks, canoe and games to play. Kerrie was very responsive and accommodating, a perfect host.

Summary: We had such a great time at this property! Kerrie and Josh have a great house that was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The lake itself is quiet and we had a great time sitting on the dock when we had good weather. There was plenty of space for our group and everyone felt very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal for a larger group. Location wise the house is about 15/20 minutes from Biddeford and only a little further to other towns for quick day trips. We had some rainy days so being close to other destinations was great! Kerrie was very communicative and ready to help if anything came up. We hope to come back some day in the future!

Summary: My family and I stayed here for a week while we explored Maine. The place was absolutely perfect in every way- clean, quiet, peaceful, and within driving distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. Summary: We are lake people and always travel to a lake destination with our family for Thanksgiving. When our regular get away was unavailable at the last minute - this gem filled the spot perfectly! Its everything the site presents and more! The owners are attentive and thoughtful. The house is perfectly nestled in a private spot on the water with plenty out outdoor space. The views and lake sounds were all one could want for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The house is cozy and well maintained. We are so grateful we happened upon the listing.
