Summary: The front desk clerk was so pleasant it made us feel right at home from the start. The rooms feel like you are a guest a very caring relative's home. Everything was clean and spotless. The pillows were heavenly, usually pillows are like little square marshmallows, but these were large and comfortable. The little deck outside our upper floor room afforded us a great place to look out over the frozen lake. The weather was unseasonable warm so we took advantage of it for a bit.

Summary: Location is perfect, the main reason I'm rating 4 stars and not less. Room was well appointed but soap dispensers empty. Price was very reasonable. Sink did not drain and the walls are thin; we could hear everything from the neighbors above us. Whoever answered the after hours check in phone was rude, reprimanding us for not reading a text we didn'rexeivr.

Summary: Our visit was in early October, but we still enjoyed the lakeside view. The staff was friendly The only negative part of our stay was that we were assigned rooms on the second floor and there is no elevator at the facility.
