Positive: Lakeside Maison felt like stepping into a quiet poem. Tucked in the heart of Hiller, it’s the kind of place that doesn’t just offer a stay — it offers a feeling. Mornings by the water, golden light spilling through the windows, the soft hush of trees in the breeze — it was peaceful, grounding, and beautifully kept. The home was thoughtfully designed, with little touches that made it feel more like a retreat than a rental. We especially loved how close it was to everything in Prince Edward County — wineries, beaches, and little hidden gems — yet somehow still felt like our own private escape. It’s the kind of place you remember when the city gets too loud. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the magic.

Negative: VERY loud plumbing noises -- i.e. toilet being flushed above my room and/or shower draining -- at 4:00 AM. Obvious and serious deficiency in sound insulation. Felt like being in a cheap motel.

Positive: The apartment is very huge and the outdoor space is vast. It is very clean and aesthetic. We love how it’s just very few steps away from the beach.
Negative: It could have been better if there if the dock is lighted if ever people want to hang out there in the evening.

Positive: Great location at the lake. Plenty of seating at the lake or at the back patio. Furnished with attention to detail. Small kitchenette, but everything you need for a short stay. We were even allowed to use the kayaks.
