We ask that you do not leave your dog`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!
*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs up to 40lbs. for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

Summary: This little place was perfect! Its actually located on the end of St George Street. My partner and I walked the whole time. Never used the bikes. It is a little bit of a walk...but, loved every minute of a much needed vacation. Thank you for letting us into your home.

Summary: This property is exactly how it shows in the pictures. Its across the street from a small lake and it's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's an easy walk to downtown and most of the places to go for sightseeing.

Summary: Property was conveniently located and very clean. It was in my opinion a little bit too far to walk to the main downtown area but not a big concern as parking was available once we got there. As far as the stay itself… my husband and myself were there for 4 nights and there was only 4 pods of coffee so we had to go buy coffee along with a bar of soap for the shower as it wasn’t provided. Not a big thing just inconvenient. One thing I would suggest is to upgrade the TV. It’s very small for the size of the room and you can’t read the guide on it without getting up to see it.

Summary: When I arrived, anything I needed for the stay was supplied. There are windows on two sides and the front door has a window and then there is the deck that overlooks the lake. So, there is so much light into the apartment. Very calm and quiet, yet close to downtown. You can take beautiful walks along the lake which is right outside your door.

Summary: Just stayed at this property a 2nd time. It is exactly as shown & described. Clean comfortable & close to the Historic District & the Bay. The property host is very responsive & wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property & already have a 3rd stay here booked!

Summary: We loved watching the birds come and go on the lake. The apartment was just as expected. We enjoyed the short walk into town. We will return here when we go to St. Augustine again.Communication was excellent with the host. Thank you

Summary: We loved everything about this place. Lauren was an amazing host who answered any questions we had quickly. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our little fur baby! The place had everything you could need and was very clean. The view was wonderful and the location allowed us to walk downtown! Perfect little Gem!!

Summary: Comfortable accommodations- cleanliness of studio was great. Location is very nice but wish we had been closer to downtown activities due to the fact we are older. All in all- a great stay!

Summary: The loft is exactly as shown & described. Clean comfortable & close to the Historic District & the Bay. Being right on the lake is fantastic & the neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet. The interior is well appointed and well stocked. The bed is super comfortable. There's a great little deck to sit on and relax. The property host is very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this property and will be returning soon!

Summary: This studio was spot on! Beautiful spot. Home neighborhood and old city were wonderful. Studio is exactly as shown. Communication was easy with host. Quiet and very relaxing. Close to historic district and water. Comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Pet friendly so our baby could go with us.
