The first time we saw this place “we were in love.” We think you will be too.
Lake Entiat on the Columbia River is located just 40 minutes to Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, & Mission Ridge, as well as 15 minutes to Desert Canyon Golf Course & 10 minutes to East Wenatchee & Wenatchee. This location truly has something for everyone. From festivals, wine tasting, golfing, water sports, winter sports, wild life, or just kicking back and relaxing, you can do it all from here.
Nestled on the shore of the Columbia River under purple sage covered basalt cliffs, this cedar built timber frame home is perfect, taking every advantage of the amazing views & fabulous sunsets; it truly brings the outdoors inside.
The main floor features panoramic views, open living space including living room with TV, blu-ray player & gas fireplace, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, office, master bedroom suite with patio, and 1 ½ baths with a huge walk in shower including rain shower and body jets.
Upstairs you will find another master bedroom suite with garden tub, gas fireplace & deck, wet bar including sink and refrigerator, recreation room with TV, pool table, ping pong, and extra sleeping accommodations.
Outside you will find a patio with outdoor table and chairs, gas BBQ, and fire pit. To entertain the family without leaving the property we supply yard games, and sand toys. Just steps away at the water you will find a boat tie-up (launch at Lincoln Rock State Park 1 mile away), swimming dock, sandy beach, beautiful sunsets and amazing views.

Summary: Our group included 3 adults and 4 childten. This place was in a gorgeous location and was very family friendly. Between the lake, game room, fire pit, and spacious family areas, it had something for everyone. There is a bit of road noise, particularly upstairs bedrooms, but a sound machine or music work well. Lake grass is very high so swimming is difficuult behind the bouys, but we spent time lounging on inflatables, paddle boarding and kayaking. After checking out, we went to Lincoln Rock State Park a few miles down the road and rented a boat and did some tubing. We definitely want to return next year.

Summary: Our fam really enjoyed out stay at this house. The dock and water toys (two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards, a large foam floating pad + plenty of inner tube floaties) were a big hit. Our kids spent lots of time in the water. The yard is also spacious with a nice outdoor table with chairs. The weather didn't fully cooperate during our stay - we had an exciting thunder/lightning storm one night - but the house offers plenty to do inside. We enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, serving dishes, and a spice cabinet. The furniture is comfortable - some on the older side, but we liked that the house was not super fancy since we have younger kids. The property owners were really friendly and Verna was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. They were also accommodating with an earlier check-in time which was really helpful. The house is about 15 minutes from town for shopping. Lincoln Rock state park is just a couple of minutes away and is an amazing park. We rented a jetski there for a couple of hours on our last day. Overall we'd definitely recommend this house!
