The cabin is equipped w/a kitchen, charcoal BBQ & firepit. Don't forget the s'mores! This is GLAMPING at it's finest.

Our boutique water park is seasonal May - Sept and fed by the clear waters of Lake Travis. Lake Travis is not a constant level lake, and during droughts, our beach may be further from the water's edge than normal. The operation of the water park is not affected by water levels.

Summary: We travelled as a family of 6 (kid ages 17-10). We enjoyed being close to the Waterpark. The parks food is delicious and it gets delivered to your bungalow if needed. The park and Bungalow were clean, convenient and family friendly. We enjoyed the activities available like corn hole, water volleyball, DJ (on Saturdays) and lake access. We will come and stay again. Thank Kara for all of your hospitality!

Summary: The cottages were as described. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered by the property manager/owner. Quiet and the kids had a blast! A getaway where we could all relax and enjoy. Recommend.

Summary: Spent two nights in Bungalow #1 and could not have asked for a better escape. Comfortable bed. Clean and most importantly, cool, as it was 100 plus degrees during our stay.

Summary: The restaurant was poorly run. We received a different menu every time we sat down. The lifeguards did not have clear expectations of their duties making it confusing as to what the rules for slides etc were. The actual “bungalow” was clean, but misrepresented by the pictures online.

Summary: This was a great rental for our weekend girl's getaway! Everything was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Our stay included entrance to a great waterpark directly across the street. Kara was very easy to communicate with. The cabana is located on a somewhat busy corner and there was a fair amount of street traffic noise. Overall, this was a great find!
