Lakeview Farm is a seven acre lake property rental available now! Beautifully renovated farmhouse with bright clean interior spaces. Bed spaces for 12, but bring an air mattress or two and you could fit up to 15 comfortably. Located at the north end of Sam Rayburn Lake, just east of Etoile. 3.5 hour drive from the DFW metroplex. Only 2.5 hours to the beach. Three bedroom, two full bath 2200 sf single story home. Super comfy king size beds in two of the rooms. Tons of parking and play space for your boats, cars, trucks, trailers, and family. Pets welcome! Plus, there are three horse pens set up if anyone wants to bring their horses. There is a firepit, complete with rustic log seating. Near the firepit there is a covered outdoor grilling and eating area with plenty of space for everyone. Ebenezer State Park is at the south end of the lake and has some excellent riding trails through the woods. Two kayaks and a paddle board on site for renters to use (there's a path through the woods at the bottom of the hill that leads to a spot you can launch a kayak if the lake water is high enough). Boat launches nearby (within one mile), or rent boats and jet skis at Powell Park Marina 20 minutes away. 25 minutes to all that Lufkin has to offer, 30 minutes to Nacogdoches. A truly one-of-a-kind property that provides everyone the amenities and space to have memorable vacation.

Summary: We had a wonderful time spending the weekend on this beautiful property with our friends. We had 6 kids all (under 8 years old). They had an absolute blast exploring the property, building "forts" in the woods, roasting marshmallows and hotdogs over the fire, and just being outside! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group, as the kids could all bunk together in the bunk beds and the adults each had a bedroom as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We even enjoyed all curling up on the big comfy couch and watching some college football. Would definitely recommend for a fun weekend away to just relax and enjoy being outdoors. Hopefully next time the lake will be high enough to take our boat out for some swimming and fishing!

Summary: My friends and I rented Lakeview Farm for a ladies' getaway. Three of us brought our horses along, both so that we wouldn't have to worry about someone caring for them while we were gone, and also to go explore the Ebenezer Park trails we've heard so much about. It is about a 40 minute drive from the farm down to the trails, but so worth it! It is amazing to have such a beautiful spacious property available to rent that allows people to bring their animals along. We made the day of it, driving to the trails (all sandy footing, in the tall pines, just fabulous) and then ate at "The Stump," a great restaurant not far from the trail head. (Their catfish is top-notch!) We made our way back to the farm, had a campfire in the fire pit, and truly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend for a wonderful ladies get-away!

Summary: Lakeview Farm made for an amazing backdrop for my wife and I to renew our vows. There was ample parking for all of our guests, and the property was easy to find and access. The owners of the farm were so accommodating for our party every step of the way. The house being one level was super helpful for my elderly parents to access, there was even a handicap accessible shower in the main bedroom! The pictures we took with the huge trees and the lake in the background were one of a kind. Such a cool place. We all fell in love with Deep East Texas! Highly recommend for any group looking for space and beautiful views. We feel like we didn’t even begin to fully explore all there was to do, we will definitely be back.

Summary: Wow. What a stunning, peaceful, spacious property. My large family group had an amazing time here. We rented a pontoon boat nearby and spent one day swimming and fishing, our first time on Sam Rayburn Lake did not disappoint! There was so much space for everyone to park, the kids to play, the dogs we brought along had a ball. Next time maybe we'll find some horses to bring! We had a camp fire each night in the fire pit, the covered pavilion near the house came in handy when it began to sprinkle, we were able to stay outside and continue to enjoy our evening rather than have to go in. The house was lovely, clean, comfortable, and bright. The woods that surround the property are open for exploration, as they are army corps land, and we discovered a creek and lots of wildlife. The kayaks and paddle board were fun to use, we were able to get down to the water to use them by following a small path at the bottom of the land. Communication with the owner was excellent, and access to the property was easy. Absolutely recommend, we will be back.
