Negative: The property was not as clean as it could have been. We had to sweep the floors on arrival, the oven had not been cleaned after previous guests, there were food remnants in the sink, the outdoor area had not been attended to, left over guest items, the pool and jacuzzi had lots of worms in them. There was no hot water in the shower, initially the electric did not work, we had to call someone to come and switch on in the electric cabinet. There was a coffee machine but no capsules provided. IT really felt as though the other guests had left and no one had bothered to do pay much attention other than change the bedding. Which is shame as if a little bit more care and attention the place could be great. On the positive side, the property and grounds are very spacious, and the property is very well equipped. The pool and outdoor area is very nice. The property is very difficult to find, You really need GPS to get there and more signage would help

Positive: Everything was more than expected! The stone house is perfect and nicely arranged. The pool, hot tub, outside sitting area, barbecue, sunbeds, the shadow by the pool, nice garden and largest parking area I ever had in my life :-) The perfect place for vacation with kids and our dog. There are many nice villages around with bars and tavernas, the beautiful Trichonida lake is nearby. Endless olive groves are not far from the house either. There are not many beaches around the lake, but with some effort and with the vehicle you can reach some great spots that are otherwise not easily accessible, but the swimming in perfect clean water is worth the effort. The place is recommended for quiet vacation without loud music and crowd, kind of back country experience. I hope to go back there again.
