Positive: Fabulous view. Good access. Well maintained. Good apartment with excellent shower and bathroom. Great king size bed. Good heating from heatpump/ air con unit. Kitchen. I cooked meaks and not by re'heating ready made meals.Coffee pod esoresdo. There was hobtop with 2 elements,microwave, toaster, electric jug, Sink had good hot water, and cover from rain, no plug though. Detergent supplied.
Negative: Pity that the sun never made it in a window. I had to creep along the rnd of the bed hanging on to bench on top of wall. Bed too big for easy access to far dide of bed. Fridge with freezer part of fridge, so melted ice-cream. Sink was outdoors under a good plastic roof But bit chilly doing the dishes@!
Summary: Enjoyed this apartment despite problems.

Negative: The bed was too large for the space. You could only access bed from one side. Couch was very uncomfortable and needed a bit of maintenance. Only having 1 type of coffee pod and no milk.

Positive: Wonderful place to stay. Views of the lake and mountains from inside the unit were amazing. Washing machine came in handy for us and even though there was no dryer, the A/C and dehumidifier did the trick. Unit was cosy with double glazing and under floor heating which we never needed. We were asked to park on the street as it is quite a tight space for 2 cars with the house above us parking their car outside our unit. The street was pretty busy while we were there but we managed to find a free space easily enough. The only negative things were the car headlights shining into our unit when the tenants of the house above came home late at night, and the sound of them walking around above us, although these were pretty minor in the scheme of things. Public transport was close so we left our car parked up and we bussed it into Queenstown. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Positive: Bed was very low and the mattress was extremely hard. Didn’t get much sleep. Same with the couch just not comfortable. Only one wine glass. Minimum resources. Bathroom was good. Quite clean. Location was good. Best thing about the place was the view.

Positive: It was clean and tidy and had a great view! A little bit out of central Queenstown, but the view definitely makes up for it.
Negative: There is no parking on site and minimal parking on the street, which is on a hill and quite narrow. The bed is uncomfortable and on the floor, Japanese style and too big for the space so you can't walk around it. Not suitable for older people or those with limited mobility, as you need to climb across it to get in or out.
