Positive: This was our second stay at Lamagia. As exceptional as the first. Modern spotlessly clean apartment. Quiet neighborhood with nice cafes/restaurants. Bus stop a few steps away to take you into central Bologna, or a leisurely 30min walk under the porticoes.Llaria is a fantastic host, communication always prompt. I would recommend 100%!

Positive: Tout a commencé par des messages très sympathiques de l'hôtesse Ilaria qui a pris le temps surtout de le redonner l'adresse dans le message. Un gain de temps incroyable à l'arrivée à l'aéroport. Ensuite l'accueil d'Ilaria très chaleureux qui nous a tout très bien expliqué, sans s'imposer non plus. L'appartement est très confortable et est équipé de tout ce qu'il faut. La literie et les oreillers sont supers. Tout était très propre et rangé. Nous avons demandé des recommandations de lieux et restaurants à Ilaria qui nous a tout partagé très facilement. Ses adresses étaient parfaites ! Il faut marcher un peu pour arriver dans le centre historique de la ville mais c'est très charmant car on débute aussi la visite par cette promenade. Un bus direct mène à la gare, nous avons pu profiter de trajets courts vers Vérone (sublime) et Parme. L'appartement et climatisé et très bien insonorisé.

The apartment was spotless, stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Positive: Ilaria is very welcoming and hospitable person, made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities and even cooking utilities. Spacious and clean! The neighborhood is quiet, and pleasant, very close to the city center. We walked by foot with our kids, but one can take a bus as well. There was also a very convenient bus stop nearby with easy connection to the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna! We'd love to come back one day :)
