Positive: Lovely old German style loft apartment, decorated and furnished accordingly but with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Great parking and a friendly bar on the next block. Great location near Bodensee with so much going on.....we only stayed for two night but hope to return next year for at least a week.

Negative: Nothing...probably the best place we have stayed at in Germany.
