Positive: The breakfast was incredible, I've lived in Scotland for 40 years and I've never had one so good. Karen makes potato scones which are thick and yum. The bacon, black and white pudding were also delicious. The view was special, the moon was glistening over the water at sunrise whilst the fishermen were heading for todays catch. The coral beach a little north was a wonderful coastline, the water was green surrounded by the outer Hebrides. What an incredible view from the coral beach hill. Highly recommend staying here.

Positive: Very clean and cosy with great views of sea and rolling hills from chalet patio doors, super views. Everything needed was within property, owners Karen and John were on hand and happy to chat and assist with any enquiries or help when needed, dog friendly as well. 👍
Negative: Everything within property needed for our stay as well as being good location for visiting other tourists attractions.

Positive: Friendly welcome by the owners, astonishing view from the chalets! Everything was taken care of by the owners: clean chalet, some ‘homemade groceries’ like eggs, milk, scones and muffins. Well equipped (little) kitchen to cook simple meals. Barbecue (if you have better weather then we had 😃). Actually everything was ok!

Positive: We enjoyed the seclusion of this property. The chalet was perfect and clean with extras such as fresh hens eggs, homemade jam, homemade pastries, milk, coffee, and tea. Karen provides a surprise for those who stay for at least four nights! Karen and John encouraged us to get out and about on their property including interacting with the days old lamb, petting the pigs, and collecting hens eggs. My husband, nicknamed Anchor Man by Karen, took him with her on the quad to check on the sheep before sunset. It was lambing season and the ewes and lambs were checked on throughout the day. They took us on a tour of their property and up to the top of the hill for awesome views. Karen and John were always available to answer questions about their work and about the area. Our four days there went too quickly! We plan to return! May your anchors always hold fast and your boomerangs return to ye.
