Positive: Good location. Size of the room.

Negative: I asked for a quiet room but was given one downstairs right next to the stairs. The door to the room is partially transparent, so when someone turns on the light in the hallway, the room becomes completely bright. You have to sleep with an eye mask. The same goes for the window — there are no curtains, so as soon as the sun rises, it gets very bright inside. For me, this is a huge downside. The duvets were in the wardrobe, and I had to put the covers on myself. Honestly, the condition of the duvets was terrible. If they had been covered beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have noticed, and my impression would have been different. Unfortunately, the duvets had yellow stains as well as blood stains, which was disgusting. In the room, there were only two very small towels, which are too small to use for the body. In the bathroom, there is no shelf for toiletries at all — only a cabinet under the sink. There is a shared kitchen, but there were too few mugs and not enough chairs. As a result, I had to eat elsewhere in the evening because all the seats were taken. There were also not enough plates and no bowls.

Summary: Good if you for 1 night stay.

Positive: Uhh… idk the beds where wierd a bit and they gave us the wrong apartment so we had so many problems in the middle of the nught when we arrived bc there was somone else in “our apartment “

Negative: Management, the walls where really thin i could hear how other ppl watch tv or either do theyr doing in toilet and fart utc

Negative: The property is located next to a road. The apartments have very loud car noise. Rest is very bad because the noise makes it impossible to sleep. We were on the top floor and there was no air conditioning. On a hot day it is impossible to be in the room, there is nothing to breathe.

Positive: it is great location if you plan to come to Energylandia - 5 min by car. Great garden where you can rest and play with kids. Easy access to apartments, you have code to open locker and take keys. Parking available as well. Apartment with TV and access to Netflix, very clean, comfortable beds.

Negative: I would suggest to have some fan in room as it was very hot and if you open window it was loud as it is next to road. Would be great to have some small shower gels/shampoos and bigger towels. There is set for tea and coffee but you need to have your own tea and coffee. It is not related with apartment but people who stay there - very loud even after 10 pm, you can hear everything as the wall are thin

Summary: Good location, nice and clean apartment with access to free parking and amazing and big garden.
