Negative: It'd be good to have some mugs/bowls/cutlery instead of all single use stuff!

Positive: The property was very clean and comfortable.
Negative: The noise from other guests and they were very rude. The porch being attached to the Farmhouse windows was very inconvenient for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. The street noise and bar across the street were not a problem for noise for us.
Summary: Very clean cute and comfortable. Sounded like a herd of elephants were also staying at the property.

Negative: Not sure all the rooms but the queen was VERY loud. It’s a historic building but you can literally here every word of people say. I’m not sure what they can do but certainly asking people not to talk in the common areas (entry), I likely wouldn’t stay in this room again but would try another.
