Positive: The stay here was one of our highlights of our holiday. Stephan has greeted us and gave us very useful information for our planned trips and events which were happening nearby. The house was equipped with everything we needed and there were also free refreshments on our arrival. Our kids loved the playing ground and the rooms. Very quiet and hospitable neighbourhood. Perfect!

Positive: There is absolutely nothing to complain about this house. The owner communicated perfectly, everything was clear, the house was perfectly equipped and clean, and a brilliant bonus was the fridge stocked with cold drinks. The owners think of everything that will make tourists happy and save them time and space in their suitcases. Thank you very much, we will be happy to return.

Positive: We like it all. If you like walking you can reach the bigger town even by foot in 25 min. Nice pedestrian/ bicycle path joins it. The neighborhood is very nice.

Positive: We had a great stay in Landhaus Lindenberg! The villa is very specious and accommodated our group easily (7 people). Stephan and Sarafina welcomed us after we arrived and explained about the facilities (smart door lock, Alexa control etc) and travel options in the area - including farm animals in a very short walking distance. Stephan even showed and explained the kids about his racing cars, which made them really excited. The kitchen was fully equipped with complementary coffee capsules, tea, water bottles and even beer supply :). There were also groceries in reasonable prices which was very helpful as we all supermarkets was closed due to Easter weekend. The villa is located in a short driving distance from Memmingen airport and also from min attraction in the area.

Negative: Wish we could stay more...

The host, Stephan was very welcoming and responsive, providing helpful tips about local attractions and show my son his racing cars. There was even a small play area in the garden, which our kids loved. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to the town center and train station, making it easy to explore nearby areas like Munich or Füssen. Overall, it was a comfortable, quiet, and convenient base for our family trip. We would definitely stay here again!
