Positive: Very comfortable, spacious and delivered what it said it would. Even though the weather wasn't great, we had an amazing time. And the advice and suggestions from the hotel staff was invaluable.
Negative: The surprise supplemental fee for our (teen-aged) children could have been communicated when we confirmed the booking. If I missed the communication about this, then I'd put in a request for the process to be reviewed. I thought the price quoted for five guests, two rooms was what we'd pay (not including dinners, drinks etc). I have to stress we didn't resent paying the additional bill as our stay exceeded our expectations. It just came as a surprise.
Summary: Great place. Would go back.

Positive: Perfect accommodation! A large and well-designed room, a large balcony with a sunbed, two chairs and a table, a view of snowy mountains, a room equipped with modern and high-quality equipment, a large television, wall cabinets and separate toilets and a bathroom. It was excellent! An excellent breakfast with a rich menu and a selection of endless options with maximum freshness! Professional and fun SPA and massage services. The bottom line: complete disconnection from everyday life, rest and pure pleasure! It's a shame that it ended quickly, we'll be back soon!!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Negative: My only comment is that the sauna area was not working during out stay which was a shame as it was advertised in the listing, also the massage I wanted was not available because the staff was not working that day.

Positive: The family room we had booked has two separate bedrooms which was perfect for what we needed. The beds are comfortable and our room had a seating area with with a couch and a table. Beautiful views from our bedroom and the surrounding area is very scenic and relaxing. We travelled with our small dog and everyone was very accommodating to make sure we have everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. I also enjoyed my massage very much after being on the road. We will definitely be back!
Negative: My mom is handicapped and requires a rollator to walk. The only way to get from the room to the restaurant, reception and pool was through a hallway with stairs, which made it a bit harder for us to get around. But this will not hold us back from returning.

Positive: Very good. A lot of selection. There was lacto-free milk available when i asked.
Negative: It was difficult for me when I checked in as their was a slight disagreement with myself and reception staff. The staff at reception can speak a little English but limited. It was hard to discuss with her my room reservation as she keeps saying that i reserved one room for 4 adults and one room for 2 adults and a baby. Whilst my booking says 1 family room for 4 adults and 1 Family Suite room for 3 adults and a 0 y.o baby. She keeps insisting that it’s not what their system reflects. When i showed her my online booking, she finally agreed that i booked for 7 adults and a baby. It was an awkward start for us as no apologies was offered. When we arrived in the family room, there was no complimentary bottle of water and only 2 room slippers instead of 4, 2 small bottle of conditioner in shower room instead of 4. The feather pillows in the room collapses because they are so thin. So we rolled one of our duvet to reinforce our pillow. On the other hand, we appreciate the small bottle of complimentary merlot, good breakfast and tasty food in the restaurant. Restaurant is a bit pricey though. The scenery around the hotel is very good! Free use of swimming pool and sauna is a bonus, and that complimented our stay, so overall, we had enjoyed our stay.
Summary: Good location. Nice food. Complimentary use of wellness facility is a bonus.
