Negative: The room was a bit dark and was right next to the reception desk. The bathroom was very small.

Positive: Nice stop over on the way to the Alps, the triple room was useful as travelling with my two teenage boys.
Negative: No real areas outside the room to relax, although the restaurant was closed when we visited.

Positive: We were staying here as a stopover on the way to skiing in Austria. It was easy to find, all of the staff (hotel and restaurant) were really lovely, rooms spacious and really comfortable after a long journey. Very clean, lots of hot water. Parking is in an outside carpark around the hotel location and is very easy to find a space. Restaurant food was gorgeous and beautifully prepared with different, surprising combinations and presentation- we loved it.

Summary: Excellent family run hotel with a brilliant restaurant.

Positive: Location, near to the autobahn. Close to Austrian border and has a good supermarket round the corner with a good selection of beers, wines & spirits etc.
Negative: Sadly the adjoining restaurant is now a separate establishment and has lost the old traditional decor. The lack of a traditional steak meal is also a personal loss! Lack of on-site parking is inevitable with the location, though parking in the supermarket car park is the usual remedy, and I have not had a problem in over 15 years of coming here.
