Summary: The pool was closed 😫 the community bbq area closed as well. Electric door locks require always carrying your phone also a bummer. BUT...everything else was very nice

Summary: It was a clean and comfortable room. However, the app had multiple issues due to an incorrect email address imported from hotel.com. as a result, no check-in directions for provided to me before my arrival, and I was unable to access my room as well. My struggles with the app continued the next day when the unlock feature continued not to work, forcing me to download another app in order to access my room. If the bugs were worked out of the app, it would have been a great stay
