Completley remodeled, beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse (3 level) the master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has full over queen bunk, there is a FULL size pull out sofa on the main floor. This unit is only 100 feet from the private end of Scarborough Beach and really some of the only true water front townhouses in the area, this is a prime spot with unobstructed views of the ocean and Black Point on one of the highest rated beaches in Rhode Island. This unit has a hot and cold outside private shower, two large
decks one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. Full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and all the comforts of home.

Summary: The pictures did not do this rental justice. It was a clean, private and modern rental we stayed at during our wedding. The sound of the ocean was therapeutic throughout the day and night. Even as a resident of Narragansett i would stay here again!

Summary: We have been going to Scarborough beach for 30 years. This is the first time ever staying over for a long weekend. Beautiful place to stay. New renovations! Our family loved being so close to the ocean. We were able to sit outside on the porch and enjoy our Lobsterfest. Very clean and welcoming. Loved hearing the waves crashing at night when we went to sleep.

Summary: Condo was perfect for our week-long vacation! Being situated directly across the beach was the most amazing part. We could be at the beach in less than 2 minutes and the views from the balconies with the ocean waves crashing in the background were just dreamy. The condo is newly renovated and just beautiful, comfortable and clean. All the amentities and luxuries of home provided made our stay even better. Overall a 10/10 stay and highly reccommend. Thank you for sharing this special home with us!

Summary: The pictures really don't do this place justice. Large deck off of the living room has a large table with 6 chairs and umbrella. Smaller balcony off of main bedroom has 2 chairs and a table. Kitchen is modern and has everything you need. I've honestly not seen a VRBO with this many pot, pans, measuring cups, knives, etc. And a cupboard of spices. Keurig or traditional coffeemaker. Large outdoor shower. Location is amazing. Nice views even when the New England weather isn't cooperative. 2 minute walk (or less) to the beach. This road is very quiet, low speed limit and safe for kids. In this area one of the best beach front rentals available. Would recommend 100%.

Summary: My wife and I wanted a quick getaway the week of Labor Day and found the perfect location. The owners were very transparent, communicative and gracious before and throughout our stay. The place had tremendous views of the ocean. The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore as we sipped our coffee on the decks was very peaceful. The location is great...across the street access to the private beach. Plenty to do in the area, even during the off season. Would definitely recommend this property to a couple or a large family. We are bringing our family back next year for sure!

Summary: Property was located directly across the street from the beach. Property was large enough for the 5 of us with room to spare. Everything you would need for a quick or long stay is available. Only need sheets and a few paper products. We really enjoyed the property and surrounding area.

Summary: My family, friends, and I were beyond thrilled when we arrived at this incredible condo that literally sits across the street from a beautiful beach. The views from the multiple balconies were breath taking. The condo was loaded with everything you could ever need for a long stay and hitting the beach. There was plenty of sleep space and areas to sit and relax. The Owners were extremely compassionate and accommodating every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough. I strongly recommend staying here for your next vacation and plan on staying here myself again in the near future.
