Positive: wonderful location , excellent fixtures and fittings , lots of parking and food etc near by , amazing views out over the ocean . lovely variety of teas etc
Negative: only would be better if ? was trying to find space for two lots of suitcases

Positive: This was an incredible place to stay. Wasn't what we were expecting but it exceeded expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful to talk to and couldn't be more helpful. We appreciated the local information they shared about the area and also info on places we were travelling to next. It was just an exceptional experience, thank you so much.
Negative: The only thing we could pick on out of our stay was our rooms shower leaked out from the shower area. It appears the water pressure (which was amazing) is too much for the shower head to handle and it leaks out the side of the shower head and down the wall. Just a little thing, definitely didn't ruin our stay, just needs looking at. And no curtain or blind on the bathroom window (and no frosted glass). I'm a prude so I hung my coat up on the plastic hooks that were already there, my husband wasn't fazed by this but you could definitely see into the bathroom from out on the street if you wanted too.
Summary: An absolute must if you're in the Bluff/Invercargill area
