Summary: There is always a fear with a basement apartment that it will be dark and consequently dungeon-like. This was anything but. The paint appeared fresh, it was well lit, and the windows overlooking the valley with Stowe Resort in the distance were large! It was a short 5+ minute drive into the village making it easy to grab whatever you might need.
