Positive: * Very good location, close to everything. * Unique and characteristic style that gives it a special atmosphere. * Generally quiet and peaceful; however, when someone was walking on the upper floor, the noise could be heard. *dog gratis
Negative: * On Sunday morning, September 28, at our first breakfast, we were given **one portion for two people**. I only realized this the next day, when at the second breakfast each of us received our own portion. * Overall, the breakfast was very poor: about a third of a bread roll, a croissant, one egg, a yogurt, a few grapes, and a slice of melon. On the first day, for both of us together, there was no yogurt and the egg was hard-boiled. * The young lady serving breakfast on the first morning was unfriendly, did not speak English, and seemed unhappy to be working. * I paid extra for breakfast, but it was definitely **not worth the additional cost* Here’s a polished English version of that part: **Room condition * The room was not clean — the floor was dusty, the bathroom showed some signs of mold, and there were old socks from previous guests left on the radiator. * After the first cleaning, the bed was not properly made.

Positive: Coming out of the train station, after a stressful journey, it was a heaven-made sight to see the hotel just across the street! Location was PERFECT! Close to everything in Chamonix, easy to find, very convenient, in short, excellent! Wonderful friendly staff, pet-friendly hotel!
Negative: Definitely: More variety in restaurant choices. The one dinner we decided to take there, trying the two dishes-of-the-day, was a big disappointment.
Summary: Best ever accomodation I've stayed in in Chamonix.

Positive: I liked the location of the hotel. It is central to everything you need in the heart of Chamonix.
Negative: I just didn’t like that they did not have any luggage storage facility for clients. I had initially booked it as my pre hotel before my TMB and booked extra nights there after TMB, however, they could not hold my bags for me for me for the days i was away and i had to pay an expensive fee for a public locker. If i had known I would perhaps had gone with a hotel with abit for luggage storage for customers

Positive: Great hotel. The food was delicious. The location was great, easy walk to everything. I didn't realize the bar attached to it was like the "it" bar for Après-Ski. My sister and I had a blast. Also, a good spot for different activities in the area. All the Viator/Airbnb experiences knew where it was.
Negative: The rooms were a little small. It was difficult for my sister and I to get ready at the same time.
