Positive: The hosts were great and welcoming. They greeted us at their homestay and showed us around, then made breakfast for us in the morning. The homestay is a few minutes walk from Cat Cat village and a cheap taxi ride from Sapa centre. We wanted a more rural stay with easy access to Ealing routes so this was perfect for us. We would recommend this for people looking for a more rural setting and access to nature with a welcoming host
Negative: The facilities are quite basic but this was expected from the photos and the price. We felt this quality was accurately represented in the advert.

Positive: The guy was really really kind and helpful, always smiling, always there for whatever you might need. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING The homestay is really beautiful, all wooden-made and the room was tiny but cozy, with a thermic blanket. Also a big terrace with great views. The bathrooms were outside but had everything. The relation quality-price was superb.
Negative: The room was lacking some furniture to place our stuff. The location is not as close as it says from Sapa (40 min walking) The bed as a little tough

Positive: I booked for the wrong weekend but the staff made sure I was well taken care of. His English was great and answered all my questions. I didn’t eat breakfast because of the time I was leaving and they reduced my price. There was an adorable dog living there. If you have the time and good music, the location is a nice walk to the Sapa town and a healthy trek to Fansipan. It’s also super close to Cat Cat village. The bed was big but firm and there was a fan in the room.
Negative: No hand soap in the restroom. The bed is big but the room might be crowded with two people in there. Beyond coming back to kids playing in the downstairs living room, there’s not much interaction with the family that owns the place, but the staff is very friendly and talkative.

Positive: The people in the homestay are super friendly and helpfull! The location has a beautiful view and the bed was comfortabel! I would definitely recommend.
Negative: The homestay is quite far from sapa Town and the road was blocked. So getting to and from was a little bit hard and expensive, but I don't know how long the road is blocked, so this was just a temporary problem and also not their fault. They will help you get to and from. So you are not stuck:)

Positive: The view, service and quiet location is perfect. The food is delicious and such great value for money for a stay just outside of sapa. We were able to walk to and around cat cat village and Xin chai village, walking past rice fields, buffalo and all the local people working and living on the land. Also got to see fabric being made by hand downstairs and cute puppies.
Negative: Bed was a bit firm but room was cosy. Just a bit of adjustment with the mattress and we were good.
