Summary: No elevator, no one helped carry multiple bags up and down multiple flights, water in bathroom only trickled out of faucet. After complaining that I’d like a partial refund and asking management to follow up with me, never heard from them. Front desk staff was nice, Cute pub in the basement of the hotel.

Summary: Nice hotel in a good neighbourhood. Easy to get to the city by bus or a walk. Skip the breakfast, not worth it.

Summary: Enjoyed my stay at the Lansdowne but had great difficulty with the soap dispenser in both sink and shower. Had to go and buy some from nearest chemist.

Summary: Very small room for single bed. No elevator for the 2nd floor. restaurant personnel warm. Reception personnel neutral to unfriendly.Cleaning personnel neutral to indifferent for the rooms. Nobody to help with luggage in a hotel without elevator!

Summary: We had a very good experience at the Lansdowne Hotel. There was a small mix-up with the check-in time, but the staff handled it professionally and found a great solution, which we really appreciated. The location was convenient—about a 15-minute walk to St. Stephen’s Green and close to a bus stop for easy access to the city center. Comfortable and well-run overall.
