Positive: Lovely cosy yet spacious property in a beautiful location. Had all the comforts. Lots to do in surrounding area and some great pubs and dog walks. Perfect.

Negative: One for the girls .... Maybe a shower cap in shower (or bring your own) as overhead shower only.

Summary: A holiday home I would book again.

Positive: Beautiful property in a lovely village. Absolutely spotless felt like no one else had ever stayed before us! Loved the farm shop next door for brekkie. We stayed for a wedding 10 mins down the road and it was perfect. Super comfy beds, all the amenities we needed. Would 100% stay again!

Positive: If you're looking for a beautifully presented house with absolutely exceptional comfort AND in a beautiful, rural location - then this is the house for you! We stayed here for 10 days as we wanted somewhere tranquil but close to a lot of the amazing things the area has to offer (including of course the rural dog walks). What we loved: - Beautiful bedrooms with actually dreamy/comfy beds! (Even our daughter who was in the second bedroom with single beds said the bed was dreamy - usually the single/second bedroom has a worse bed - but she said it was just lovely). - Beautiful soft linens. - Nice big rain shower bathroom. - Beautiful fully equipped kitchen. - Modern technology that actually works (TV, streaming that you can login to easily with your own accounts, broadband excellent - we both worked 5 days from the house and broadband was 100% spot on for our work requirement). - Secure area for doggies. - Washing machine and outdoor clothes hanging. - Lovely private little area to sit outdoors / big umbrella for shade and a BBQ. - EXCEEDINGLY clean, properly immaculate. Honestly, I just loved everything about this house - from the location to its beautiful comfort. Enough space so nobody was on top of the others, it is very spacious and very liveable. We were very happy here. The host also is very kind, ultra responsive, flexible and nice. There is an AMAZING Cafe/Farm Shop - literally next door! It has delightful outdoor seating and GREAT coffee. The farm shop meats/fresh vegetables etc are a delight! We went many times! Also go to nearby National Trust (Vyne property) for coffee/cake and the delightful doggy walks. The train station is an easy flat, paved walk from the house (the train station is Bramley, Hampshire) and it takes you to Reading in 20 minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending this property, the hosts were lovely welcoming and allowed you all the privacy you would want also.

Negative: Nothing was disliked! Not a single thing.
