Summary: This has potential to be a 5 star property and they advertise as a luxury property, but it's really bare bones. Amenities such as soap poor (one dispenser in bathroom for sink and one for shower but not good quality), the kitchen scantily stocked. But quiet and clean and a 10 minute Uber to the Santa Claus Village or Rovaniemi. We arrived late and had to walk in the dark down an icy path to our accommodation - a ride would have been nice. Breakfast was OK, staff a little grumpy. Best part was the on site Sauna - worth every penny and there is a food truck parked right next to it. Would probably stay again were I to go to the area, as the choices not great for Rovaniemi (and not much in the town to offer).

Summary: The rooms are very small, with the beds taking up almost all the space. There is no sound insulation at all between the rooms. We could clearly hear conversations, TV, and other noises from the neighboring room, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax. There is also no smell insulation. The strong smell of food from the next room filled our entire space, making it very uncomfortable. The odor was so intense that it lingered for hours. Parking is convenient, but sometimes non-guests park in front of the house, which can be inconvenient. There are no bathrobes. The bathrooms and kitchen are outdated and in need of renovation. The sauna is very basic and does not feel modern or well-designed. There are no blackout curtains, only blinds, which do not block the light properly, making the room too bright in the morning.

Summary: Didn't realize that the cabin was so far away from the main lodge and would have to cross a street for breakfast buffet. The room was ok, the stairs leading upstairs were more like a ladder, use caution booking if someone has mobility issues. The sauna in the bathroom was very nice.

Summary: No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours.

Summary: These chalets are beautiful and the fit so many people. We had a group of 10 split across 2 Superior Chalets for just one night and I wish we could have stayed longer! The included breakfast buffet was excellent. They let us store our bags after checkout while we went out on a tour. Plus we were able to leave our cars parked there while on the tour. All at no extra charge. Lovely place.

Summary: This was a perfect choice for a family and was attracted to the private sauna in the room. Beautiful location on the frozen lake was magical. Perfect location as it is directly across the ski resort.
