Positive: Having access to a washing machine was very much appreciated. We felt safe and it was quiet. Also very much appreciated that the location was close to the Camino.

Negative: Communication was not always easy. There were problems with the fridge (melting and overheating) which had to be dealt with, without help from the owner (the ice from the freezer had to be chipped away, the leak mopped up, the breaker turned off). A quick email ro let us know that a pin would be sent the day before our arrival, would have been appreciated. Other information to access our accommodation had to be requested.
