Positive: The location is very good. Close to the beach, cafes, supermarkets and bus station. Big plus is the see view from the balcony.
Negative: The apartment was booked for 3 adults, but it was only prepared for 2 people. Surprisingly, the sofa in the living room was not foldable and did not provide a proper sleeping space. Additionally, there was no towel provided for the third guest. The staff said they would bring a mattress and a towel in the morning, but unfortunately, they did not keep their promise. Big dissappointment.

Positive: The distance to the beach was nice. There was a Mygros supermarket nearby. There was also a restaurant nearby with decent food. The Taxi station was near.
Negative: The neighborhoud seemed a bit rough, specially the small ally that lead to the apartment was a bit stranded and felt a bit unsafe.
Summary: Overall it was a good place to stay. There is room for improvemnet but we were satisfied.

Positive: The property was spacious and had good views. 1 block away from the beach.
Negative: We had a few maintenance issues (blinds broken in 1 bedroom, cupboard not working in 1 bedroom, bathroom door jammed), it did not really affect our stay, but had to report it in case we were to be handle responsible.
Summary: My stay was worth it for the group and price we paid.

Positive: Very close to lara beach. The hosts were very welcoming. The kitchen and washing machine had all the facilities needed. Had a nice view from the balcony. Supermarket not too far. The apartment was very clean.
Negative: Through booking.com we booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and one of the rooms were supposed to have 2 single beds. Unfortunately we only got 2 double beds and guests felt uncomfortable to share as we expected two single beds. So two guests ended up sharing the living room space. Although the location was very close to the beach there was not a lot around the area including places to eat. The toilet had a very weak flush and there was not consistent hot water. A long walk to the reception which caused inconvenience. Not enough towels provided - although this did get sorted. Elevators can take a while and very small.
Summary: Overall we had a good time and made do with what we had.

Positive: The apartment we had was like a home away from home! had everything from kitchen utensils and a washing machine with detergent. All we had to do was bring ourselves! The staff we so helpful and we had access to the hotels pool which was a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, it was very clean and generally loved it. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away! 10/10
Negative: the lifts felt a bit strange.. but other than that nothin!
